Teams fail because of mismatched needs, unresolved conflict, personality clashes and lack of trust. All these can be addressed through understanding and recognizing how each person behaves and responds in different situations. Self-awareness can create a strong platform of understanding.

Our Team Assessment has at its heart our behavioral assessment Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). A team role assessment is done by profiling individual team members. Once each member is aware of their behaviors – their strengths, limitations, and way of working – they will be able to understand and recognize those of others. In this way, team role assessment gives an overview of the structure of the team, what each person brings to it and how behavioral modification can enhance team effectiveness.

Personal Profile Analysis

Scope of work:

It is a psycho-diagnostic analysis that provides an insight into how people behave at work answering questions such as, what are their strengths and limitations? Are they self-starters? How do they communicate? What motives them? It meets all psychometric requirements for use as a psychological tool.

Process:

  • Personal Profile Analysis is a series of forced choice questions to be filled online in a link provided by us. The individual taking the personality profile/test selects one adjective most like them and one least like them. This can be carried out as and when candidates are free. They have to continuously fill the questionnaire in 10 minutes.
  • Once the answers are submitted the report is generated, interpreted and discussed with the management as well as the candidate in person if management wants.
