Human Resource Augmentation is primarily about outsourcing of manpower on a skill requirement basis or project completion basis for a limited period of time.

Here, typically we not only execute talent search and pre-selection activities but we are also responsible for post-selection and post-joining process whereby a candidate works for the client, but he is on the payroll of Universal Hunt.

A candidate may continue to be located either at client premises (onshore) or work at our location (offshore) typically called as “Offshore Development Centre (ODC)” which acts as client’s extended office in India.
